Volume-based pricing
You only pay for the space you use.
Pricing is based on how much of the truck your items fill — labor, loading and disposal included. Your price is confirmed on site before we lift a thing.

Heavy material
Why concrete costs more than couches.
Dense material like concrete, brick, dirt, tile, asphalt and shingles reaches the truck's weight limit long before it fills the space. It's loaded about a foot high and priced at heavy-material rates.
- Concrete
- Brick
- Dirt & sod
- Tile
- Asphalt
- Roofing shingles
A full heavy load fills the bed's length, not its height.
What affects the price
Six things that shape your final price.
- 01
Volume
How much of the truck your items fill — the main factor in the price.
- 02
Weight
Dense material like concrete, dirt, tile and roofing uses heavy-material rates.
- 03
Access
Long carries, stairs or tight spaces can add labor time.
- 04
Item type
Some items need special handling or recycling fees, like appliances or tires.
- 05
Disassembly
Sheds, hot tubs and playsets take extra time to take apart safely.
- 06

Pricing FAQ
Questions about price
Are these the real prices?
No — they're illustrative examples for this demo site. A real business would publish its own rates, and every job is confirmed on site before work begins.
How do you measure the load?
By how much space your items take up in the truck bed. We show you the estimate on site, and you can say no before anything is loaded.
What counts as heavy material?
Concrete, brick, dirt, tile, asphalt and roofing shingles. Because of their weight, the truck can only be loaded part-way, so they're priced differently.
Is there a charge for the quote?
Quotes are free and there's no obligation — by phone, by text with photos, or on site.
