Good to know
Before you book
Is the design consultation free?
Yes — the first on-site consultation and written proposal are free, with no obligation (sample terms).
How far ahead should I book?
Spring and early summer fill up first. Reaching out a few months ahead gives the most scheduling flexibility.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Where permits are required, we prepare drawings and handle the application and inspections.
